Developed in Partnership with Somerset Development Company
Working with its development partners at Somerset Development Company and its non-profit partner, Memorial Apartments Corporation, from 2012 to 2014, NCP subdivided a 3.5 acre parcel to create the development site for 62 units of market rate rental housing located adjacent to Linden Park Apartments in Baltimore’s beautiful Bolton Hill neighborhood. Residential amenities included community/media room, business center, patio/grill area, fitness room, bike storage, package room and gated parking.
This project was sold in 2025.
